1. The Charitable Mandate

My deceased estate assets are to be moved into a Testamentary Trust to carry out specific “Public Benefit Activities” as listed in the Ninth Schedule of the Income Tax Act. Specifically, the Charitable Mandate of this Trust is the education of Aryans about their history, ancestry, and culture.

The rationale for this charitable activity is in the well-documented positive effects for people who engage with their history, ancestry, culture, and collective identity, as explained in the document Aspects of Aryans.

3. Methods of education

Methods of education can include:

  • Sharing information via my present website or another suitable site.
  • Public talks to groups of interested people.
  • Videos (still or moving images, text, narration) uploaded to one or more suitable video hosting sites.
  • Appropriately-themed large social events, e.g. “Celtic music [or classical music] for Aryans”; “The Winter [and Summer] Solstice Aryan Fair;” “A countryside walk and talk for Aryans.”
  • Private events for selected groups of enlightened Aryans at 138 Rissik Street, e.g. “Nature, sculpture, and food of our gods” [The nature aspect could include a brief talk about wild creatures seen in local gardens, and the food would include that which was genetically engineered by the Anunnaki and which is traditionally — particularly nixtamalization and also marinating meat in an acidic solution before direct-heat grilling — prepared in ways that have been traced to the Anunnaki era].
  • A regular natural religious service (e.g. as explained in Essential Religion), ideally in nature or alternatively at a private venue (including 138 Rissik Street).

4. Educator attributes and financial benefits

The educator must be:

  • Aryan
  • Non-jew and non-Christian
  • A nature-lover
  • Spiritually aware (high God-consciousness)
  • Committed to the cause of Aryans
  • Knowledgeable about the subjects covered in this programme
  • In possession of the required skills, including organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and spoken, including public speaking)

Subject to approval by the Trustees, possible sources of income may include:

  • Fees charged to attendees at public talks, large social events, and private events for selected groups (these activities were referred to above under Methods of education).
  • The sale of “Awakening Aryans”-branded goods such as locally-produced (a) mementos (e.g. figurines, key rings, pendants proclaiming “Awakening Aryan”); (b) foods (e.g. honey, eggs, watercress); (c) clothing (e.g. t-shirts, caps), (d) walking sticks (wise man’s staff), and sculpture (I should have many examples of such in the garden).
  • Depending on the educator’s knowledge and skills, fees could be charged for services such as advising people about (a) spiritually enlightened designs of homes (interior, exterior, gardens); (b) spiritually enlightened lifestyle choices; and (c) consciousness-raising spiritual practices.

5. The House

The house (xxx Rissik Street xxx) bequeathed to the Trust is to be managed as follows:

  • The house remains a permanent part of the Trust. It must not be sold.
  • The house and the land on which it sits must not be significantly altered.
  • The amount and quality of the terrestrial and aquatic habitat area set aside for nature (wild plants / ‘weeds’, insects, birds, snakes, aquatic creatures, etc) must be maintained.
  • The house may be used for personal accommodation free of charge by the educator, subject to the educator / resident (a) paying all utility costs (electricity and water) and local tax (rates) imposed by the local Municipality and (b) maintaining the house, garden, and verge at his own cost.
  • Costs of maintaining the building (e.g. plumbing, electrical, roofing, painting) are payable by the Trust.
  • Instead of personal accommodation, the house may be used as a rental property for Aryans, e.g. short-stay holiday accommodation for Aryans.

6. Distribution of profits

Profits generated by activities in the name of the Trust (e.g. those listed above under 4. Educator attributes and financial benefits, and 5. The House) are shared between the Educator / Property letting agent (if applicable) on a basis determined by the Trustees. In contrast, money raised by direct fund-raising (if applicable) must all go to the Trust with no deductions.

7. Dissolution of the Trust

If for any reason the Trust cannot be established as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) by the SARS Tax Exemption Unit, or if the trust closes down, all assets / remaining assets must be transferred to Friends of the Haenertsburg Grassland (FroHG), a registered non-profit organization based in Haenertsburg, Limpopo Province. This would be consistent with the Trust’s major concern for nature conservation.
