From the above articles: A possible treatment plan
- Gingerol(a component of ginger) claimed to be over 10,000 times more effective than chemotherapy in fighting cancer stem cells, including breast cancer.
- Cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and cabbage. The vegetables highest in the therapeutic compound (PEITC) are watercress and land cress. These plants are eaten raw.
- Ketogenic diet. Eliminate carbohydrates and starches in favour of vegetables, healthy fats and small amounts of high-quality lean proteins. It is believed that the reduction in glucose in the body helps to starve cancer cells, which feed on glucose. Lowering protein intake also contributes to slowing cancer cell proliferation.
- Green tea. Loose green tea can be bought in bulk in sacks.
The addition of other plant therapies might be considered, e.g. apricot seeds.
